LOSING SLEEP? Working long hours or worried about losing your job? No problem. Stressed about the conflicts between your boss and co-workers? That’s more likely to make adults lose sleep, according to a study. Even those working the graveyard shift are sleeping better than those who are stressing over interpersonal relationships at work. The study found that those who were frequently upset about something at work were about 1.7 times more likely to suffer sleep problems than those who worked in a positive environment.
FYI: If you have trouble sleeping, the National Sleep Foundation offers these tips:
*Avoid caffeine, nicotine and alcohol in the late afternoon and evening
*Do not exercise in the three hours prior to going to bed
*Don’t nap during the day
*Take a hot bath before going to bed
*If you can’t sleep after 30 minutes of being in bed, don’t stay in bed. Get up and read or listen to music until you feel sleepy. The key is to clear your mind.

BRANDING PROBLEM Cats have a branding problem: They're not man's best friend, they're perceived as cool and standoffish, and certain people portray them as nosey, jive-talking freaks.
All of which may play a role in an unpleasant statistic: that 70 percent of cats in shelters are euthanized, compared with 56 percent of dogs. To give them a leg up in the image department, pet-adoption Web site Petfinder.com and Cat Fancy magazine are holding a “Cats rule!” ad contest. They are seeking 7-by-10-inch ads that “show the world the value and importance of cats.”

Man Forced To Spend Flight In Airplane Toilet: A man who says he was denied a seat on a jetBlue flight and was instead told to "hang out" in the plane's bathroom has sued the airline.
He says "He suffered "extreme humiliation." When Gokhan Mutlu arrived to check in for a jetBlue flight from San Diego to New York in February he was told the flight was full.
But Mutlu was allowed to board after a jetBlue flight attendant agreed to give up her seat and travel in an airline employee "jump seat."
However 90 minutes into the flight, the pilot told Mutlu the flight attendant was uncomfortable and he would have to give up his seat and "hang out" in the bathroom for the remainder of the flight.
At one point, the airplane experienced turbulence and Mutlu sat on the toilet seat without a seat belt, causing him "tremendous fear," the lawsuit said.
